UNION SACRAMENTO FC ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM

With NorCal suspending all competitions through the remainder of the season, it’s extremely important for our players to continue to get touches on the ball and keep fitness levels up so they are ready for the day we can get back on the fields. You can stay updated on the latest COVID-19 information by visiting the California Department of Public Health website here or the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website here.

We are so close to getting back on the fields and can’t wait to see everyone back at Larchmont. We hope the training is going well and you have been able to stay active throughout the period of time. On March 23rd we rolled out an individual online training program for all of our teams. Keeping to a simple discipline of workouts to stay sharp, this program has replaced our weekly on field training sessions until we are cleared to get back on the pitch. We hope you all stay safe and that this program provides you with an outlet to burn off some of that extra energy to help stay sane through these difficult times while continuing to grow as a soccer player both mentally and physically.

We will continue to make updates to this online program including weekly communications with your coaches as well as a few fun homework assignments. We thank you all for your patience and understanding during these difficult times. We wish you all the best.

Stay Safe and Go Union!!!

As you complete your workouts please make sure to submit your workouts to your coaches. They will be checking the submissions each week as well as setting up a weekly communications with each individual athlete. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to your coach via email, team communication (Team Snap or Shutterfly), or directly by phone. Thank you and happy training!
