U9-U11 Week 2

“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” - Pele

Game Observation (Due by April 5th)

We are adding some additional homework to our training this week. Please choose one of the two matches above. Once you are done watching the game, jump to the Game Observation page and complete a form with your observations from the game. (HINT: You might want to jump to the form first, and take a peak at the question so you know what you are looking for during the game). Your coaches will be scheduling time to discuss these games with you during the coming weeks along with your responses. As we mentioned on the page, there are no right or wrong answers. The idea is to have some fun watching some great soccer while helping you increase your soccer IQ through observation. We hope you enjoy these matches whether you are watching them for the first time or again.

Online Training Form

After each round of training below please submit your workout using this form. We noticed that last week we had quite a few players log more than three workouts. In response to this, we have simplified the submission of workouts by logging all workouts through this single form. Your workout will be logged with the date and time of your submission. We hope this makes submission easier. Last week you logged almost 200 workouts. Let’s crush that record this week and shoot for over 250! Go Union!
